Who has read it? What did you think?

read it , good , I read it before it was published back when it was a story on a forum similar to this one

like everything the author takes some liberties but it is fiction for a reason and the more important part is it makes you do some thinking about what and how you would do different or better. what is realistic and not.

Good read. Made me think of some things I hadn't thought of before in the "after math." Second book is a lot more unrealistic. After a visit to the mountains and reading that book, if there was a fall out, the mountains are the last place I'd go.

I liked it. If even 50% of the story would occur during a huge world changing event, it sure opens your eyes.

Nuclear disaster I think. I've got the book in my "waiting to be read" stack.

More specifically a nuclear warhead set off by a rogue nation in space above North America causing an electromagnetic pulse knocking out all solid state circuitry. No power, no cars, no cell phones etc. Then the aftermath for six months. Could happen. Good read.

I read it a few years ago. The setting is only a few miles from here.

All 3 of the series are very entertaining. I would recommend reading them all.

He also wrote a book called “The Day of Wrath” it will go straight to your bones and I think it could happen anytime especially with our open southern boarder! Scary stuff
