I’m not sure what the best method would be for say 6month storage… just bale em up and put them in the freezer or is there more to it than that?

I put dried pelts in a fur bag and into the freezer to hold over the summer. No special treatment necessary. They will eventually turn stale in the freezer, but will last much longer than skins left out in the air and light. They will also be protected from bugs and other vermin in a freezer.
I suppose if you were wanting to keep them long ter, like several years it would be better to vacuum seal them first.(I never held dried pelts that long)

"How do you Freeze finish Pelts?"

Although I've never trapped in Finland, I reckon those finish pelts would be stored like those here in the US.

I have some vacuum-packed muskrats from 2016. They don't look any different than my 2021 rats.

I had all the packed ones in the freezer. But being packed, lets no air to make them stale.
