You can use peppah, onion or garlic powdah instead of salt...but the body needs a bit of salt for health...iodized, and salt is great for the adrenals. They soak up salt to operate well. Salt is also part of electrolytes mixture. So a bit of salt is needed, just not too much. http://www.illustrationsinmotion.com/index.html
