Nessmuck OP trapper N Joined: Nov 2011 Posts: 23,643 New Hampshire	I sent a Deer antler ( From a Deer i harvested with my .45 cal flintah ) to a guy in Illinois…to have him fit one of his forged blades into the antler. He forged the blade from an Old Hay Rake Tine. Then the knife was sent to Doug..the leather guy in Michigan and I told him do what you want…and I just wanted to mount the knife on my powder horn / bag strap..as a patch knife. Iam beyond thrilled….Doug was going to send me a pic of the sheath….but said nope..I want a surprise! It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.
