.... here’s a good change up for your deer sausage. Wife is working today so I’m doing the woman job lol

Chopped onion & garlic.. a little oil... brown onion and garlic for a few minutes then add sausage salt/pepper and brown for about 8 minutes..

[Linked Image]

... add a few cups of water ... cover and simmer for about 15

[Linked Image]

... mix a little corn starch and cold water for thickener... bring to boil again and stir..

... serve over rice

Looks alright to me. Wash that down with a piece of buttered bread and 3 or 4 cold cans of beer.

Just happy to be here.

You shoulda thrown some broccoli in there Savell, not to eat but so you and JH had something to pick around to slow you housing it down. Don't wanna choke.

Looks pretty tasty the way it is but I think I would have thrown in a few sliced jalapenos or even serranos and maybe some shrimp for a change up bite here and there lol.

Judging from the first 2-3 pictures, I concur with the opinion that you shoulda waited for the Mrs. to do the cooking.
I don't think that she woulda been on board with fixin it in the chamber pot.
