.... here’s a good change up for your deer sausage. Wife is working today so I’m doing the woman job lol Chopped onion & garlic.. a little oil... brown onion and garlic for a few minutes then add sausage salt/pepper and brown for about 8 minutes.. ... add a few cups of water ... cover and simmer for about 15 ... mix a little corn starch and cold water for thickener... bring to boil again and stir.. ... serve over rice
