I did a little research and Landocs Private Equity seems to be a legitimate company. The owner (listed as co-founder) Ran Enoch is based in Israel.
I'm guessing they offer $55,000.00 If its Israel based company it has to be legit, they already own our media Hollywood, our politicians, ill stop there before I pull the noose shut ,if I haven't already. Lol. I mean c’mon. They are our “greatest ally” after all. Amirite? It’s not like they have been caught in the last couple years spying on the White House. I mean they gave a warm welcome to the spy that we released. So warm in fact that Netanyahu himself greeted him on tarmac. It’s not like they allow pedos a sanctuary or anything.

First Red Flag for me was the "Hi Paul" opening. Though the company appears to be legit, what company addresses a potential seller / buyer on their first name basis in the initial contact? Also, a business type letter format or communication is not being used.

Working for a company that relies on subscriber content to get product information out to make sales, I have learned to appreciate the value of the internet: but turning a hit on the web site into a sale requires alot of work. In light of that the following may be interesting
copied from the web
Modern marketers are measured by their ability to move prospective buyers through a process that increases their value to the business along the way to become what we think of as a customer (someone who makes a purchase). As the theory goes, a qualified lead is worth more than a visitor, and a sales opportunity (or a filled shopping cart) is worth more than a qualified lead, and a sale is worth more than an opportunity. Marketers then value their marketing based on dividing the total marketing dollars spent by the sum of the revenue (or potential revenue) created at each stage gate.
But this calculation is where we get the side-eye from the chief financial officer. The classic challenge of solving marketing’s ROI has always been associating a tangible value of that “potential revenue.”
YouTube uses a method called CPM or “Cost Per Mille” which is a marketing term for cost per 1,000 views or in some cases impressions. Typically the CPM for YouTuber can range from 20 cents to $10 per 1,000 views. But typically an average channel will get about $1.50 – $3 per 1,000 views.
So far you have had 2 thousand views and 111 replies. to this question. I would look at the replies as real leads for possible sales, Your ROI would a % of this number. I would say 1 to 3 %.
The value of the shed is a different story.
I think a talk with Keith Winkler would be interesting. Along with a call to Tom Parr.
Just my opinion.
Fun Question...............................I would say content is the driver. As a hobby, I am a moderator on FB Trapping History and Heritage, we have around 15k subscribers. keeping those people interested is time consuming. Is there tangible value, I think not. I keep over $5k of my own material for posting. I have learned alot about members and demographics.
Good thing I like trapping and trappers.

Along with the aforementioned cautions, any company who is offering a good "deal" , but then adds, " we are filling up with clients fast so hurry and get on this or loose out" ....wanting you to jump without careful contemplation , is a strike out for me.
Besides , really not knowing who they are or really where they are located.
SJA hit on another caution point. No professional, first contact from legitimate business begins their inquiry with "Hi Paul" .
Once I see any of those two main flags, the dollar bill is bogus for me.

Sharon, if people are contacting you with letters that say "Hi, Paul" they have bigger problems than a lack of professionalism!!
