Here too ! Snowing like crazy, has been for some days. Looks like high alpine areas with the conifers encased in snow like ice cream cones. Then dips to way below 0 for days. Already 6 inches in a few hours . Again....

Here also I could see snow ladden trees from 6500 to 8000 elevation yesterday. Wind is gusting to 45 mph this morning. All the roads up that high will need cleaned this spring I'm sure,this is a bad storm for us here. Waiting for the weather to break to check damage out. We have only had three days below zero here this winter -11 f has been our coldest temperature so far.

Better it stay cold then freeze and thaw but winter is my favorite season.

No thanks, I don't like snow or bitter wind & cold. That last picture of yours was very pretty Sharon and that's about it. We've got a few inches of snow on the ground right now and that's enough to last me all winter or preferably a lifetime.

I Love a good hard Winter our late spring and early summer should be lush and green. Wish there was a way for me to sale my hot, buggy, sweaty dog days of summer to someone else to live through each year. When Fall shows up and the temperature cools down it's like a second spring to me.
