MJM trapper M Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 8,042 ND	I always liked the looks of a long scope. I grew up shooting a 22 bolt gun my Dad had worked over, and the scope looked long on it. It was a skinny tube on that scope. But was 3/4s the length of the barrel. He had cut the barrel down and changed the angle of the bolt, refinished the stock and checkered 3/4s of the stock.
