I watched about half of this during my lunch hour. I consider it definitely worth watching.

I found it interesting that the commandos seemed to be more concerned about their own fear causing them to fail in the mission than they were about dying or being captured. Men like that, and their stories, are inspirational and motivational to me.

I was listening to a podcast where a former admiral and seal in the navy was talking about how he consorts with all manner of top executives and captains of industry. Those guys are wealthy beyond his wildest dreams. But everyone of them says how much they envy him and the life experiences he had doing all sorts of dangerous missions and traveling all around the world.

I know I would never have been physically able or ever had the courage, discipline and strength of will to be a commando. But more so than ever I find the stories of men like this to push me to get stronger, more disciplined, more fit and able to fight.

I watched the whole video. The resolve these men emitted was nothing short genuine courage.

Very much like what our SEALS today go through for training. The best have a dirty job. But it has to be done.
