Combination nail puller and finger puncher. If your not paying attention when using it, you can pinch your finger and give yourself one heck of a blood blister!

Wow, took a whole hour for "pig castrator" to be guessed!! And that thing looks like it might do the job. I know, right? Someone finally posts something that truly does look like a castrator and no one guesses it lol.

I always thought they were fence staple pullers. Jaws aren't optimized for nail heads. I also always thought the extending handle was really a slide hammer. I tried one once on a few staples - just to see if it worked that way and it did.
But, just because it worked doesn't mean it was designed to work that way.
