Bought out a guys trapping supplies and amongst the lot was a fleshing knife that says Seymour
Styria-Austria. Anyone familiar with this knife ?

I'm not familiar with that knife. Having just replaced the tires on my little fourwheeler though, that looks like a 1-2" section of the rim was cut off and sharpened on the side that was cut. Looks like you could set a bead on that fleshing knife

I've seen some scythe blades with the same name doing a Google search but not a 2 handled fleshing knife. Maybe it was repurposed?

Now that I look at the shape of the blade it must be a scythe blade made into a fleshing knife by someone?

MTP sells one excalty like that with there name on it. I got one I'll sell you. Hope to never use it again
