Male and female short tails. I don’t usually get the females in my flower pot 120s. They’re so small they can generally work a set and not get caught. But not this one. That’s a pretty fair sized male, it would grade as a “long tail”.[Linked Image]

A little go jo then cold water and dish soap will clean them both right up. The big male is nice and clean to begin with, a nice ermine.

Lovely, lovely ones ! I don't think I've ever seen such a long black tip on that tail as this one.

I didn't know the males are so much bigger . He does look like a long tail.

I saw a guy selling beaver hooped on willow and some had a [fake] eagle feather hanging on it and others had an ermine. I think they also needed an old #4 DLS and they would have been the greatest wall hangers ever

Amazing how big the black tip of the tail is.

Our longtails are different. Tail is 3/4 the length of the body.

Always enjoy seeing some ermine, thanks for posting.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
