Wow from ER lobby to IVs in two hours that's great. I would be waiting 3 hours in the lobby on a slow night Yes thats why I drove to that one even though there are a few closer. They always seem much faster. Been there twice gettibg fish hooks removed from the boys and once with the wife when she had BP issues. Fastest ER I have ever seen. But then again the last time my youngest broke his jand we went to one in Louisville becuse that one specileized in hands. That one was very fast also. Maybe its becuse there are so many or maybe it has to do with covid. Either way its bette4 than a 4-6 hr min like where i used to live. He seemed not intrested rabies. But thought a stray it has been around the barn and on the farm for some time. He is about 3/4 wild but my youngest could mess with it .(soft spot for cats) So it is a semi known animal maybe thats why? Pushed on it this morning and when it finally opened it shot me in the face. I washed it took my pill with a bananna and went with the boyst to check traps this morning. Looks like todat ma be goat baby day. Getting heat lamp and kidding stall set up now. And no the cat does not need any medical attention. Well he may need some shots after bitting such a foul critter like me. I will have to keep an eye on that he may need to go to the vet after all. I hope in a few days this thing is better. Probabbly take a few weeks though.

I am surprised that the cat is not being tested for rabies.

This time you may have beat the odds but if you were wrong You were dead, Not the doctor! That's bordering on malpractice. ***and BTLowry is right^^^
