Forced myself to watch the whole thing. Started out well with canned speech, notes and selected reporters. Downhill from there when reporters started asking serious questions and he lost focus. Maybe the meds wore off or he couldn't find the canned answers in his notes. Toward the end it became embarrassing.

And how is his increased spending NOT going to impact inflation? Wow, like magic.
