Snared this coyote this morning. Left rear femur had been broken, slid alongside itself and then completely healed up. The first picture shows how much shorter it was than the other legs. He still ran on all 4 feet as to tracks in the snow.

Had same thing with a huge coon. Rear leg shorter as healed up along side each other on same leg bone. Must have been accident at one time. Prime fur , two inches fat on body.
