So... what was the bait lure urine that fooled that old girl? Reuwsaat's Deep Creek Coyote Gland Lure Cavens coyote urine A simple flat set at the base of a chunk of tree limb. The set was along an old logging road Trap was a NO BS K9 Extreme 4 coil You can see the limb chunk in the picture below

I'm guessing it's maybe 9-10 years old, but hard to really say.
I caught an old dog coyote in January 1992 that had a collar on it that had been put on it as an adult in 1979, making it a minimum of 13 years 10 months old (according to the biologist that had collared it) It had 2 teeth, one on front, and one on back of its mouth, on opposite sides.
I'm not trying to one up you, because its a great catch, and is great breeding female to get rid of!
If someone can suggest a reasonably priced place to get the tooth aged, I have several from this winter that are similar, and I'd like to get a few aged. 2 have no canines at all.

That's a great story and one old coyote. I appreciate the story and the thought of being "One Up'd" never crossed my mind.
