What is the proper way to cut anal glands? How much gut do you leave, trim off hair and clean fecal matter?

Cut around the rim of the bung try not to slice the pods open pull the works out 4-6 inches then cut, most folks get the bladder and repos on then also bladder urine is good on the line or add to the gland collection jar.
