That sound like idea, good idea get test , think I gonna start wear mask more I'm public, better today but far from perfect, yesterday , it took a hr to get out chair or sit on couch or another to move, it was to point of crawl around if could move, if another 10 years older, not good, killer stuff , lady at clinic say that gonna leave test kit out for me, say that those are all symptoms, I have been a disbeliever in lot viris talk so far Let us know the results

Chills just hit, felt better earlier , how long can non repitory kinda flu hangon ? Can't eat much, no work Tonite , not sure tomma if better, to weak do hard work The flu typically lasts a week, but you can have symptoms up to 2 weeks. Elderberry has been proven to shorten the duration of the flu by an average of 4 days. It also eases the symptoms. If you don't have any elderberry, you can buy it at most grocery stores and pharmacies, as long as they can keep it in stock. Keith Tried elderberry syrup two years ago when me and most of my family had the rona. I have no way of knowing if it shortened the duration or not but I feel as though it did.

The normal Flu and sinus infection is going around your area. Amoxcyllin [spelling] and rest. I am telling you that most people around here can't get rid of it because they are going back to work before they are healed up. Most common to hang on for 2 weeks. Sleep, sleep, sleep is key Those type antibiotics well tear ur stomach apart is what I thinking , not as bad this morning then flare upearly- mid- late afternoon till hr ago, most sick been in 30 yrs, hopefully all is flu that short live But unknowen, last time yrs back very sick it was flu but more respitory , this is not, when it hits, u can't do nothing , sit chair or couch for hr an try move, already calloff work in morning , hard bank acct

Elderberry has been proven to be effective against the common cold, which is caused by a coronavirus related to Covid. It cuts its duration in half and lowers the symptoms. There's a number of current studies on Elderberry's effect on Covid. Many people are planting significant acreage in elderberry hoping to capitalize on a market boom in elderberry. Keith

Keith I don't get sick very often. That was the first time in my life I had the flu/covid. I haven't been sick since but elderberry syrup will be my go to if/when I do get that sick again. BTW, thanks for the elderberry cuttings.

I try get some elderberry I'm morning by sav alot close, I should knowen better to go without mask in public, thinking never happen, time to spend money on Health, there lots around unvaccinated all over that could care less, flu all over, u never know what u can pic up, usally not but if unlucky , I can't imagine what like in crowed places, ny or Chicago, wherever , out Iowa, I say most virus in eastern part state, western is much more unpopulated , out an in Nebraska, not populated , no colds a year ago when mandatory masks, the trouble is with safety glasses , fog up

I think just stay home watch tv unless work or store or whatever in future, beaver trapping for excitement, it just to expensive nowadays , save as much money as can for future , don't make nearly enough That's right! Don't go to work and make money you can save for your future. Go beaver trapping (work) for excitement and spend that money so it is not available for the future. Good plan!
