The flu typically lasts a week, but you can have symptoms up to 2 weeks. Elderberry has been proven to shorten the duration of the flu by an average of 4 days. It also eases the symptoms. If you don't have any elderberry, you can buy it at most grocery stores and pharmacies, as long as they can keep it in stock.

Keith

Tried elderberry syrup two years ago when me and most of my family had the rona. I have no way of knowing if it shortened the duration or not but I feel as though it did.

Eh...wot?

Elderberry has been proven to be effective against the common cold, which is caused by a coronavirus related to Covid. It cuts its duration in half and lowers the symptoms. There's a number of current studies on Elderberry's effect on Covid. Many people are planting significant acreage in elderberry hoping to capitalize on a market boom in elderberry.

I don't get sick very often. That was the first time in my life I had the flu/covid. I haven't been sick since but elderberry syrup will be my go to if/when I do get that sick again.

BTW, thanks for the elderberry cuttings.

Eh...wot?

I try get some elderberry I'm morning by sav alot close, I should knowen better to go without mask in public, thinking never happen, time to spend money on Health, there lots around unvaccinated all over that could care less, flu all over, u never know what u can pic up, usally not but if unlucky , I can't imagine what like in crowed places, ny or Chicago, wherever , out Iowa, I say most virus in eastern part state, western is much more unpopulated , out an in Nebraska, not populated , no colds a year ago when mandatory masks, the trouble is with safety glasses , fog up

Feel better man, when I had it It was one of the worst illnesses I ever had. If you do decide to wear a mask, try to find one of the free N95 masks they are the only mask that helps protect you even if it's a small amount.

That's right! Don't go to work and make money you can save for your future. Go beaver trapping (work) for excitement and spend that money so it is not available for the future.

Good plan!
