That's a BIG old boar. He's likely up and around because..........judging from his pudge.......he never went down. The only bears that have to hibernate are pregnant sows. From the looks of him, he's been eating and eating WELL all winter.

And he is WAY north of 500 pounds. Closer 700, IMHO.

He's up because that video was taken in September.
