There probably aren't many songs that mention trapping. But there are a lot about guns. Here's the lyrics from a good one... "About the time that Daddy left to fight the big war

I know that one... Johnny Horton - "The Battle of New Orleans" The Battle of New OrleansIt's a good one. I loved that song when I was a kid. I always liked this part of the lyrics: We fired our cannon till the barrel melted down
