Gary,
The local Extension office can tell you if you bring in some needles. Some pines have two needles to a cluster, some three. Some needles are six inches long, while some are shorter. Some break when you bend then, some don’t.

Grab a few needle clusters and google pine trees native to Washington State. Should be easy!

That looks like a Colorado blue spruce behind the sycamore-looking tree.
As for the other tree in the picture, I'm going with Ponderosa pine. That bark pattern is distinctive for it.
