Oppression comes in little bits at a time. Like cancer.

We are currently seeing unrest around the world. Seeing unrest in countries you never would imagine. Our brothers and sisters to our north Canada. They aren’t refugees, terrorist, just regular people trying to do the right thing. Letting there government know they are tired, frustrated. Want there freedoms back they had prior to this pandemic. My grandparents parents fled oppression. To live free. When the government refuses to listen to you, know what’s best for you. And mandates you. All in the name of doing what’s best for everyone. You are no longer free. Oppression comes in little bits at a time. Like cancer. Pretty soon you are consumed with it. You have 2 choices IMO. Fight or let it take you. You may not succeed in the fight. But I personally would rather fight. You may not win. But at least you tried.

I heard something the other day , said by Kershaw a Historian who studdied the Nazi's

Kershaw made the notable claim that "the road to Auschwitz was built by hate, but paved with indifference." By this, Kershaw meant the progress leading up to Auschwitz was motivated by antisemitism of the most vicious kind held by the Nazi elite, but it took place in a context where the majority of German public opinion was completely indifferent to what was happening.

we are at a very similar place where the ruling Elite have a disdain for the working class , they have a disdain for well everyone they feel is below them but they say they things they know people want to hear to buy their vote.

you can hear this when Trudeau speaks , you hear it when he talks to the people of the capitol city , it is almost like lines from the Hunger games movie , where they have oppressed the other districts for decades but still see them selves as victims.

So as of today. They are using tear gas to clear the bridge between MI and Canada. Biden and Trudeau spoke last night. This could of been resolved so easily. If the Prime Minister and other elected officials went out to the protests and listened. Ask yourself this ? Doesn’t it seem strange our elected officials fly all over the world to listen to concerns of other countries. But won’t interact with there own citizens. Frightening and enlightening all at the same time.

Yep but only if you let them take it. 2 years ago when the powers at be shut the country down I just ignored it. The first Sunday I came in from chores and started getting ready for church. Wife ask what I was doing. I replied we are going to church. Boys got ready and jumped in the truck with us and we went to church. We were the only ones there Sunday after Sunday. NO one tells me I can’t go to church No one. I thought it was very important to show the boys we are free men. If you want me to wear something to shop in your store I go elsewhere. If you want me to take something I don’t want. I won’t. I’m free
