That's a big paw. What size trap do you use on those? Almost all are snared.A snare is a very humane tool for cats.They go out extremely quick when neck caught due to their physiology. I do trap the odd one with #3 softcatch.

I do trap the odd one with #3 softcatch. I wish we could use real snares here. I had to release a cat my first year trapping, was very careful with the catch pole. A #3 almost seems too small for that foot.

Turned him on the board-fair size cat-64 inches Nose to Toes x 10 inches width. 46 inches nose to butt.
