How much a pound?

Forget it. In my opinion Lake Trout is my favorite fresh water fish to eat plain, period!

I love the smell of burning spruce---I love the sound of a spring time goose---I love the feel of 40 below---from my trapline I will never go!

I'm going to buy some this spring and smoke them after seeing yours.

I don't care how nice the hand soap smells, you should never walk out of the restroom sniffing your fingers.

Looks good. I like to do mine grilled or smoked with a honey, butter, soy sauce glaze.

Looks great to me..
I'm not familiar with Honey Salsa. How is that made or is something you buy?
I've also never tried alder wood for smoker. I run mainly oak and maple because I have it plenty on my property.
I sometimes use little apple.
