I read that Mike Tyson had 38 instances with law enforcement by the time he had turned 13. One of his JIT officers noticed that he had very good hands and introduced him to boxing. As a young teenager he started beating up on his trainers and they knew they had something. The rest is history.
Life ain't supposed to be easy.

Iron Mike. Loves pigeons also. I've sold Mike pigeons. I have enjoyed talking to him. He is much smarter than most people think. When in public, I think he does some sort of character to entertain people. I have his number in my cell phone. Keith

With a name like Tyson, you would think he would like chicken instead of pigeon...............

When he lost Custamto at age 15-16 ….that had to hurt. Youngest to ever win the Heavy weight title (20) and Nevah fought a guy smaller than him. He was always giving up height ,weight, and reach… A tough sum gun

I'd wouldn't want to spar with him, he'd still knock you in to tomorrow. One of the all time greats, if he had a better manager than Don King, I bet his life would of been different once he went pro. He was my favorite to watch!!!

He seems to be on a good road now
