If anyone could steer me to a website or somewhere that has these sig sauer .44 mag rounds, I'd greatly appreciate it. My son has had good luck with them in his Henry Carbine and I'd like to locate another box or two. I tried a lot of the usual sites, Midway, Cabelas, Brownells etc.. to no avail.

If anyone else is looking for something specific post it on here, maybe we can help each other out if our local shop or favorite website happened to have what you are looking for.

All I've got for ya. It's an auction so highest bid wins. Good luck...

SMKW has them listed, but out of stock, option to be contacted when in stock. I'll look one more place.

Hornady and Underwood (never even heard of it) is all I can find in-stock. I may have to try the Hornady, but I'd rather not if I can help it. https://www.midwayusa.com/44-remington-magnum/br?cid=21830&Availability=Available

It's cheap enough I should give it a try but I'm holding out for the Sig for now.

All of my distributors are out of stock with no ETA, and it looks like it was a special SKU run by Sig Sauer. The bullet is made by Sierra, but they don't have the 44 mag V Crown listed at all.

My best recommendation would be to use the Hornady XTP 44 mag 240gr JHP, Lehigh Defense All Copper 44 MAG, or the Wolverine Serrated HP.

The Hornadys look to be about 30 days out, depending on where you can order them. Hope it helps, understand that brand ammo sometimes works great in a certain gun and changing brands just makes it worse.

For a comment about optics planet, I would only recommend you order something that has an actual time that you can call and confirm, otherwise you could have a back order for sometimes over a year it just depends.

I feel your pain. My Super Blackhawk 10.5" particularly liked Eldorado Starfires in 240 gr. Discontinued years ago. Got 3 rounds left. Guaranteed deer getters.

I'm afraid you may be right. I may be looking for new old stock on an auction site or similar.

If it were easy to find, I'd of found it already. lol

A little birdie told me that you can use hydra shok bullets if you can find pulled ones, the main difference was the powder load!

Yep....I don't believe you are going to find it "in stock" anywhere because it isn't in production and hasn't been for awhile. Auction sites are your best bet

Getting to the point if u find a load u really like u best just buy a lifetime supply if u can. Think I'll order some more for the new rifle even though it seems to be a little high. Hopefully prices will come down sometime but I would hate to be without any in a few years wishing I would have bought more when I could have.
