Thanks! I made an owl last winter and had a custom order for another but hate doing the same thing twice. This was my first one. As soon as the snow melts I need to make some more cows too.

I like to pick up odd scrap metal when I'm out trapping. Farmers don't mind me raiding their scrap piles as long as it's not off good machinery. Now when it's in between seasons and the winters get to be a bit long I have material to make a few things. Recently I was asked if I would be willing to sell a few pieces. My biggest problem now is determining which pieces I'm willing to part with.

Scott, the crane is another custom piece to match a client's tattoo. I just need to find a base to finish it but we just got hit with another foot or more of snow so it might be a few weeks before I can access my scrap piles.
Lee, my sister says she never could understand how my mind works so maybe that helps!
Thanks everyone, it's fun for me to share with those who appreciate it.

No, I just do this for fun. Anything I might sell goes towards costs for my welding supplies.
