Grahamnesty supported the SC one. Hopefully he now has just enough cover to vote no on this one. This one was most recently appointed to her current position 53/47 last year with Graham Grahamnesty, Collins and Murkowski being the three Rs that voted yes.

Does not surprise me. Repub;icans appoint conservatives leaning jusdges and Democrats nominate liberal leaning judges. It has been this way for the most part.
