I just got done doing the timing belt on the Wifey's Toyota sienna, and I had to make a few tools. I know we've got much more skilled fabricators than me here, so I'm curious to see what everyone comes up with.
First off, I had to make a crank holding tool, to break free and then later torque down the crank bolt. Just a piece of 90 degree angle iron, a pipe flange, and some bolts.

Next is a cam seal installation tool. They can be bought online for $45ish dollars, but I didn't feel like waiting. Just a bolt, a but, some washers, and a piece of PVC. Worked like a charm.

no claim at anything special here

it does one of the things this does https://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-...XQg96pZiyhoCH7kQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

,but it is the thing I needed at the time installing the plastic ring that holds the facet to the sink

there was just no room to get up there with anything else a few minutes at the table saw with the piece fo pvc from my scrap pile and good to go
