I read it was a bad one and 7 people died in it. My heart goes out to them all!

Winterset, southwest of Des Moines in Madison County. That's the last thing a person would expect this time of year. It's a crazy world.
Iowa got that insane wind storm just a year or two ago.

not a month of the year that hasn't had a tornado

Wheaten WI Tornado was in January and the Union Grove WI tornado was the Monday before thanks giving in Nov.

any big temperature swing with the right storm conditions generally takes getting to about 60 degrees very very rarely get a tornado below 60 and yes it looks crazy to have snow still on the ground with tornado damage

both of those family had damage. the tornadoes were F0 and typically are if it hits your house F0 still does it in in UG it lifed the roof off the American Legion and dropped it 2 blocks away , completely leveled the garage next to the brick legion building.

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

It is a little early, but March is the beginning of severe weather season in the midwest.

Glad you made it out on the other side Dave, and didn’t get hit by the storm.

Chances are very slim ever of get hurt by severe weather or see tornado, I see small one in boat once, if ever by one, an warn to take cover, it be good do immediately , as when it came thru , there an gone in seconds, wouldn't had chance to escape if in path, sometimes u would, u see news Storys of people watch them an go in take shelter, what tornado do when close, ? Suck into it, an blow out at same time ? Probly fatalities an injury from walls collapse, fly debris mostly
