I have a new home hacked evaporator pan, and pans, barrels, and wood stove kits to build a couple more. i'm ready to tap, but just for the adrenaline flow, I'd like to see a couple of your set-ups. Man who mistake shillelagh for fairy wand; see pixie dust, also.

We've since finished the interior with tongue and groove pine made from some trees on the property. Plus the hoist we put on the ceiling for cutting up deer in comfort. Now just gotta find some deer! We plan to tap next week in Northern Wisconsin.
