Ok Scooby Doo , your Reet Roaf looks great . Lots of good things in there. Some sauce and buttah to keep it nice and moist will be pahfect !
Snowing here now. Near single digits temp. Got a cup of Rolled oats…caramelized onions…one grated carrot…splash of milk , 2 eggs,,,salt / pepper …and the secret weapon ( 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce )…. 2 1/2 pounds of burger and 1 pound ground pork.

Looks good Nessy. I started adding a product called Better Than Bullion to my burger and soups and stew’s. The flavor is incredible. Like roasted beef bones in stock. Found it in the soup isles and also use the Carmelo Ed onion flavor also.
The bitterness of poor quality last a lot longer than the sweetness of low price
