Never had em but I'd like to try em! I have an aunt and uncle in Covington, we've done fresh shrimp, and that is some good eatin!

Good eating right there !! Self caught or bought ? One of the farms I trap, gave me the crawfish. I did some free welding work for him. I guy before me, bought 210 pounds! $680.

Some good eats there,back in the 70's we caught about 15 lbs in the Russian river in north central California,I have never seen crawfish that large before 4" to 6" were common with 2.5" to 3.5" tails. Same in the Columbia and other west coast rivers.
