No social media! I've been social media sober for 2-1/2 months now and have never been happier. Any anxiety is gone, I get more accomplished during the day, less stress, better sleep, and have more time to spend with my kids and wife. No wonder things were so much better when I was growing up. Now I know you old guys don't even know what I'm talking about, but I challenge everyone else to give it a try. Now I will never get back on social media. Trapperman is biggest social media platform I will use.

I've been off Facebook for 2.5 years. It's great.

Never been on it,and don't plan on ever going on.
It sure doesn't seem to be doing our young people any good.

I enjoy keeping in touch with family and friends.Meeting others from our Great outdoors.Learning diffrent type country,learning trapping and hunting methods for those diffrent type areas that I have never seen.

I dropped off a month ago. It added no value to my life. Don't miss it one bit. The social media is destroying the younger generation, and adults as well. A bad addiction.

I too,enjoy keeping in touch with family and friends--when I do,ipick up a phone.
Doing conventions for over 3o years has brought me in direct meetings with thouasnds of like minded outdoors people.
I sure don't need farce book.

I use YouTube, but was never on the FB. I rarely watch TV, and if I do its all prerecorded. Definitely the way to go.

I use a library 'puter and OL for 8 months when the Covid started up big time!

Unfortunately my sponsors all require a presence on social media. I do Facebook only, even though I have received quite a bit of pressure to do Instagram and TikTok. These are the marketing realities these days.

I hate it but it's a necessary evil at this point.

My wife signed me up for FB, but I never logged into it. I used to get email from FB saying, a lot has happened since you were on. I was never on! I have their emails going into my junk mail.
I've never gone on Twitter, or any of those other ones that are out there either.

I too have never been on any of it, but I must disagree with the meaning of happiness. I know in my house it comes from surveying the ever growing contents of my gun safes and my trap shed. Just sayin.

FB isn't a place to go if you're looking to boost your confidence in your fellow American. It makes things look rather hopeless.

Having said that, I have made friends with fellow Christians in Nigeria. That's pretty cool.

Not to sound like a smart aleck, but some of us knew better from day one, and never participated in any form of social media.

Social intelligence includes knowing what not to do.

My big mistake was buying a smart phone, and that's a mistake that will soon be rectified.
