In Illinois, the original home of organized crime, we are charged $7.50 if purchased in person, or $9.50 if purchased on line. I know many southern states give them to trappers, no charge. After all, I believe the federal Fish & Wildlife supplies them to all state no charge. Let's get as many states as possible to answer.

After that, they are turned in to the GW. Have to have a CITES tag on each pelt. Act like a blank, get treated like a blank. Insert your own blank!
