I'm guessing house cat but would need to see face or tail to say for sure. If that's a door in pic above it and that is a full grown bobcat that would be quite a step up into doorway. Looks like a pretty good reference point behind cat to measure how tall it is. That would tell a lot.

First answer was bobcat, then you posted pic of coon.

So either that is a ginormous coon or that first pic is a housecat or possibly pygmy bobcat

House cat. Extra fancy. There's a breed of them that have spots like that. I have caught a number of them. They have a beautiful pelt on them.
Put out a cage trap with Little Friskies. It probably does not roam far from that location like a bobcat would.
