Mortage co is have some horrid place from pa service mortage, terrible, u got pay $7.50 make payment unless mail or go sign up paperless maybe , I try an waste 2 hrs an talk idiots on pH, might been able to register, now wait till next week for it get into paperless system , if it is an maybe no service charge, , couldn't even try register till today an late payment date is 15 th, can't make payment unless till next wesday

Is this a new mortgage or did they sell your loan to another bank? If it is a new one they should have taken care of this when you were applying for it. If they sold it to another bank then this is normal. They should have sent you a notice in advance to let you know. It will suck jumping through their hoops but it will save you money in the long run. I had something similar to this happen with a car loan that I had. I called them and talked to them and then went down and payed the back due money and got set up to have it taken out of my account. It did take a bunch of time but that goes with borrowing money.

New servicing company for lender, I used do free pH payments, no such thing no more, ridiculous, online parent a $7.50 fee, unless in paperless billing , it wasn't working right an wasn't in good mood to waste hrs time online an worthless customer service , who did nothing but waste all my time an I blew up on them for have pay to make payments wow, that sucks. Can you write checks? Its like a phone or electric bill... I can write a check for free or pay money for using their service to pay my bill. its stupid.

A small box checks, go broke on buy them$25 bucks, stamps, ridiculous, this new place from Pittsburg sounds like scam artists, $7.50 online payment, $17.95 for live rep, I call to see if in paperless setup correctly an say I am, kept try get my money over ph an say waive fee, I don't trust it, so auto loan place yrs ago, an lie an charge me , I thought the old place from Chicago was bunch crooks, this place far worse
