Bear Tracker trapper Joined: Jul 2016 Posts: 2,773 Wisconsin	The guy I know was unaware of his heritage as his grandfather led a double life. His grandfather had a wife in Milwaukee and in Northern WI. Two families never knew of each other. Not clear on all the details. But you get this idea.

No I don't,..how would they derive at 38 percent? Way too much of a headache and gas money. The WI tribes don't use blood quantum from what I'm aware of. That's more of a Oklahoma thing. Heck some Connecticut tribes quantum are in the single digits.
