You could look on Ebay and Etsy to get an idea of what different pieces are being priced at.

Eh...wot?

The Book of Griswold and Wagner, 5th edition by Dave Smith and Chuck Wafford is commonly referred to as "The Blue Book" is the most current in print. The prices are not accurate in today's market, but it does offer a decent amount of insight as to what the more desirable and collectible pieces are to give someone an idea of what to look for. Also provides information on Favorite Piqua, Wapak, and Sidney brands.

There is also The Book of Wagner and Griswold that is referred to as "The Red Book" that offers a bit more info on Wagner pieces and includes some info on Martin, Lodge, Vollrath, and Excelesior made pieces.

Current prices are what items bring on eBay for the most part, but large cast iron collections that go up for auction from time to time will also be a solid indicator of collector pricing.
