Stay out of Vegas as much as possible lol go visit the little towns around the area, Boulder dam, Grand Canyon, etc. unless you like being offered lots of drugs, losing money at the craps table and being propositioned by ladies of ill repute that is. I dislike that city very much

Lol....I was dared to do it during my union turbine classes.I was the only one that made the ride but then again that was around 30 years ago.

Toilet city...but the buildings are pretty cool to look at.
Don't venture off the stip (especially at night). It has a totally different vibe.
Do what others suggested..Head out of the city.
The last 2 times I went to Vegas, I ate (highly processed food), rented a car and drove to Palm Springs through the desert. It's 4.5 hours and no gas stations along the way. Fill up with gas and LOTS of water. You'll pass through some of the most vast country you've ever seen. From past readings this is the area some of the old time trappers trapped years ago. Johnny Thorpe made mention of this area in past writings. Interesting.
