What a job it was fleshing a coon with a dull fleshing knife!
The dull side did the job for me but not the sharp side.
So how do I sharpen it??.

To make the dull side even more effective take a file and square up the edge. Most dull sides are a bit rounded off and need to be squared up.
I just use a good steel to re sharpen my knife.
