7 yr. ago small tool shed 30x40 was 7 dollars a sq. ft. In Indiana. Add inflation and other costs for your area.

Any suggestions? [/quote]

If you’re going to pour the floor 4” thick I would just do a small turn down so it’s 6” around the sides an about 12” wide. But if you form with 2x6s you will have to add clean stone in the middle to get the 4”
I would do the turn down around the edges an put poly down an use mat wire which is usually heavier gauge than the roll wire an don’t let them leave the wire on the bottom, make sure they pull it up as they pour. Doesn’t do any good on the bottom. Also would get it slick finished for easy clean up. We charge the same for slick or broom
If I went an priced the slab I mentioned above it would be 2300$ with no grading.

Ed just called the guys that did mine. Here's their break down.
1100 for concrete
300 for steel and sealer
1,000 for labor
200.00 for rock
350 for bobcat work if needed. If level won't be that high.
That's 5 in thick minimal all they pour.

I'd leave out anchor bolts. To open end up where a stud goes.
Hammerdrill in when walls are up.

swampgas chili and schmidt beer makes for a deadly combo

You have to remember that 1 out of 3 Democratic Voters is just as dumb as the other two.

Our local code says the footing on a mono-slab must be 12" x 12'' under the 4 " floor, and can be up to 720 sq ft. Larger than 720 sq ft requires a frost footing.
