Is it $11490.60? In the corner it says win 574530 I'm assuming credits won. If you times that by .02 it comes to the $11490.60. Congrats on the big win. That'll pay for some stuff the insurance may not have covered. Bingo $11,490 I’m still in shock here.

The best explanation of it is it’s a $2 bet = $1 bet with .2 cent denominator that 2X the $1. So if you add up the heart amounts they come up to $40 but then the .2 cent bracket doubles the payout. The separate jackpot is just a progressive building amount that is won when every available space is filled with hearts that progressive amount builds off of a bank of similar machines until it’s won then that resets to $10,000 and starts over building up again.
So the machine reads out half of what’s won making the doubling of the amount necessary to figure the right amount.

Fill it up that pays the Grand top jackpot. Lucky! I've filled it up twice and the prizes doubled each time. Must be the way they set it up there.
