Rhonda is gone to her mom's for mother's day, so it afforded me the opportunity to make some spicy seafood chowdah. She doesn't care much for seafood, so I take advantage of her absence to get me some seafood.

This is made with bay scallops, shrimp, haddock, crab claw meat, spicy V8 juice, diced tomatoes, celery, onion, garlic, chopped fried bacon, old bay seasoning and clam juice. It sure is yummy.

What's y'all having?

Yesterday I made a batch of beef stew using my beaver stew recipe. I figure with the seafood chowdah and the beef stew, I could alternate each night for the week she'll be gone.

Mrs. worked long hours this week. She made Hamburger Helper, and I am smart enough to like it!

Hamburger Helper is fine dining as far as I'm concerned.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Paul, If I lived closer, I would be knocking at your door. With a nice bottle of Chardonnay, of course.
