Declare war with whom ?? NATO .. he is already having his butt handed to him in Ukraine. I don't think he has the resources to kick off another one or the political momentum for that matter. I am pretty sure he wished he had not stated this one by now as the price tag on it has gone up considerable to what he originally thought it would be. It must have been a rude awakening to see how mediocre his army and equipment is the it comes down to the crunch.
There is also a whole bunch of equipment and around 12000 soldiers they would have to dig up to push through the parades.

Putin is like the little drunk in the bar getting his arse kicked badly but keeps running his mouth.

It’s possible he will soon, i don’t think they have used a fraction of there resources
In the military operation in Ukraine, it will be ugly when he does declare war.

Doubtful, I'd be more concerned about 10's of thousands of afghan nationals coming into this country, our military deployed half a world away, the attack on our supreme court, strategic oil reserves being depleted with no restoration in site

His armor has become useless with the use of technology that is not being countered by his army it looks like. I doubt he’d be losing this long on purpose it’s bad for moral you would think. Just hope he quits and takes his football and goes home but I doubt that will happen. I’d expect a influx of fighters from other nations that are beholding to him.

I disagree in that I don't think it is funny how badly misinformed people are. We are lied to continuously by the MSM. Everyone knows it yet when it comes to this conflict they forget.
It is pretty apparent the Russian army is slowly annihilating the Ukrainian army. The present administration keeps poking the Russian Bear and fueling this conflict. It's a shame. We could have been partners with Russia and had peace. That chance has been squandered.
