Looks good, but I sure prefer a bisquick biscuit warm out of the oven, cut in half and slathered in butter over them spongecake thingys.

real whipped cream and about the size of the cake and berries so that you have enough to have cake , berries and cream in very bite.
go to stiff peaks

I don't use sugar but if you do sugar just a little powdered is the way to go while whipping your cream.

I do agree a real biscuit over the sponge cake

I don't do the biscuit either anymore just the berries and whipped cream no sugar but I am boring and no sugar.
