real whipped cream and about the size of the cake and berries so that you have enough to have cake , berries and cream in very bite. go to stiff peaks
I don't use sugar but if you do sugar just a little powdered is the way to go while whipping your cream.
I do agree a real biscuit over the sponge cake
I don't do the biscuit either anymore just the berries and whipped cream no sugar but I am boring and no sugar.
