I have one and have nothing bad to say about it, fairly comfortable once you get it properly adjusted, if your really thick through the chest try and find a place that will let you try before you buy as it can be an iffy fit if your on the larger size, and if you can’t get a proper fit it’s like having shoes that are the wrong size

I have had an X15 since the mid 1960's. Used it in Vietnam and have no real complaints, other than sometimes feeling the gun wasn't very secure. Mine does not have that little security strap across the piece.Just spring tension of the holster

I think that I need to look into some kind of shoulder rig. I don't think that my current IWB/SOB setup is very kind to my hip and back problems. 6'3" and 165 pounds don't leave many options for concealed carry.
