We have folks travel the roads and cut it without asking anyone around. Then sell it at farmers markets.

I never let them mature like that because I like to eat them raw with some ranch dressing. Way better than celery sticks.

Do you think there was ever an d homestead where yall found it? No we found it along the road in a ditch next to our property that has been farmed for many years. There is a lot of it in our general area.

We would normally pick it sooner as well I noticed it driving by that is how mature some of the stalks were. Some past the point of picking. I told Grace that is seed for next year.
